Stopping iPhone backup
iPhone has been backing up for 7 hours and says there is 15 hours left. I can't wait that long. If I stop it will I have to start all over again?

IF this is your first time backing up to icloud then yes it can take that long. Also if you have a lot of data to back up, it can take that long.
