Why itunes store takes 0.99$ extra money after transaction?

Iphone 6, iOS 11.1.1

I am the organizer of the family. My member have bought an app for 0.99$ last month. After that,  charged 0.99$ for this app. And in 2 days it takes 0.99$ again. I tried to talk with support, but there are none in my region. Shame on you . There are at least 2m iPhones in Ukraine but none stores are here. Or website or at least support!!!

What have we done ? You already know that we are just fellow users, not iTunes Support nor Apple.


Account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Temporary store holding charges : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support


If the member has been overcharged the member can contact iTunes Support via their purchase history or you can do so via the emailed receipt.
