2012 macbook pro not charging correctly

sometimes the little light on the charger is orange, sometimes green, but it frequently changes and does not stay consistent. the indicator icon keeps changing as well. this is at any charge level, it can be 16% or 90% and it keeps going in and out. does not charge consistently until full. please see pictures.... is this a bad charging port? I thought it might be the SMC. Reset that. Thought it might be a bad power cable, replaced that. All with genuine apple products. Replaced battery since it was decently old. Still does it.

Based on all of the troubleshooting you have done so far, if your MacBook Pro is still not charging properly, I would suggest having an an Apple Retail Store Genius or an Apple Authorized Service Provider physically inspect it. Click on the link below to find one near you.
