How to solve the security recommendation on my iPhone wifi

I can't use my wifi because of a security recommendation. How I solve this?

Hi Teyder. Can't you just ignore or cancel the security recommendation? It's just letting you know that the network is not well secured. You might want to use a VPN to do any banking, etc. over it. But otherwise, it's fine.

Well it was connected and it doesn’t let me use safari or any other app that uses internet. That was my university WiFi and it’s not restricted is for students use.
