High Sierra upgrade problems

I just upgraded to High Sierra 10.13.1, on MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), with 4G RAM and i5 CPU.

Now the problems:

1. A mess up log in screen with question marks as language. And click to any icons to log in doesn't work except for Guest account. Always pop up spinning beach ball.

2. Now I can only log in to my own admin right account through guest account first.

3. Even login to my admin account, many features don't work, including Finder, Mail, App store, Spotlight Search etc. The native apps like safari browser, pages, key notes work well.

4. When I test and run first aid with Disk Utility, the result shows one warning:

"warning: apfs_num_other_fsobjects (62) is not valid (64)"

The rest is okay.

Can any one help me?
