iPhone 6S contacts suddenly deleted

Hi! My iPhone contacts have suddenly been deleted from my contacts for no reason at all. I’m just wondering if anyone has had this problem and/or any possible solution for this critical problem? It’s been a while since I last synced my phone so connecting it to iTunes might not be the best solution

118 MB space left

Contacts disappeared after sending a text

Nothing else has been deleted
