Did the format of Pages for iPad change due to upgrade in the Pages app, or due to the iOS 11 upgrade?
And if the change was due to Pages upgrade, how do I, in simple terms, get the older version back? I really don’t like the new format.

Pages for iOS got a few major feature updates and I assume may be tied to iOS 11.
When you say you don't like the changes, you are not specific. Is this the same question about the files you saved to Readdle? Because the problem looks more related to saving to Readdle than Pages itself.
