Question: Display as Icon for Multi Page .pdf

We need to be able to display these as icons. I often send/receive emails with multiple such files. It takes up much too much space with the first page displayed as large as it does. This is a new problem with the recent update of High Sierra 10.13.1

With the release of macOS 10.13.2, Apple has now made multi-page PDF attach as icons, and not as the first page in image view as was the case with 10.13.1. Attached images, and single-page PDF do have the secondary menu item to View as Icon, as before.
