Question: Continuity not working between devices

All devices have bluetooth enabled, they're all on the same network, and they're all signed into the same iCloud/Apple account. Continuity does not work on iPad. Seems to work (though intermittently) on iPhone and MacBook Pro. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

Solved. It was just my iPad that wasn't doing Handoff/Continuity. I signed out of iCloud, then back in. It's working now.
