Question: Problem signing in to iCloud after update

Hello,


After updating to iOS 11 last month, I was booted from apple music and the app store. I have tried everything i can think of to fix the problem but keep getting an error message the says "Could not sign in. Cannot connect to the server."


If I try to sign in to my apple music, it pops up the sign in screen, i type my info, and the screen goes away but still doesn't sign me in.


Any tips or fixes would be appreciated, since after a MONTH of dealing with apple support I have literally gotten nowhere.

Hi Tim,

iCloud servers were being worked on the last few days. I noticed your post is a day old and the issue was resolved today/yesterday (Nov 15) per the system status page on Apple.com.

Hopefully this gives a bit of insight but more importantly, you've been able to log in since the post 🙂
