Boot Camp made an invisible partition and failed to install Windows

I downloaded Windows 10 from Microsoft's website then proceeded to use Boot Camp to make a 150GB partition. When it finished to download the Windows support software my laptop restarted unexpectedly. When I open disk utility now, it only shows Macintosh HD with 340GB total storage. What just happened and how can I fix it?

I'm using Macbook Pro 15-inch 2016, 512GB running Sierra 10.12.6.

In Terminal, run

diskutil cs resizeVolume 3811345B-7679-4FC1-8BC5-55BDE0B45638 0g

diskutil repairDisk disk0

Reboot and check diskutil cs list for any large Free Space value.

Post the output of

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

You have partitioned your drive ready for installing your Windows software .

BTW boot camp actually creates two additional small partitions in the tree that must remain if the machine is to dual boot.

I rebooted while pressing the option key and Macintosh HD was the only disk showing

Notice the Free Space line with 159GB Free Space. Can you post the full text output of

diskutil cs list

so I can give you the full command to run.

Notice the previous Error line. We are running a repairDisk for it. It is safe to answer 'y' and continue.
