I cant update my purchase method it was declined. What should I do? I tried many times and new cards but it same declined. I don’t want to change my Apple id. Need update my apps and update my payment method.

I tried to update billing information. But it cant. If cant update my billing info how can I pay my previous payment. ?
You will need to contact your credit card company or bank to see if there is anything amiss with your account that you are trying to use with the App Store.
I contact my credit card company and bank it said card is dont have problem its working say ask apple.
