I would move all my message older than 1 Y saved in my local mailboxes in My Mac folder in a different location with the same subfolders

I have a local mailbox structures of hundred of subfolders and I would move messages older than 1Y saved within into a different location maintaining the same structures

MacBook Pro with Retina display, Other OS
