Question: My apple music won't load

For the past 3 days now apple music, iTunes store, and App store has been unable to load on my phone. Everything else loads and I can play music on other apps. I am version 10.0.1 iPhone 6. I would really like to fix this as I am paying monthly for apple music.

Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like you are having trouble seeing the iCloud Music Library on your iPhone. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

If you can’t see iCloud Music Library on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

First, restart your iOS device.

If you still can't see it after the restart:

  1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.
  2. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.
