Updated to high Serbia now MacBook Pro won't boot up

I've updated my MacBook Pro from Sierra to high Sierra. When it completed the install, I checked rebooted my system. Then the login menu come up, so I logged in. The apple screen come and there was code in the top left screen. It then restated, and continuously repeats the same thing. I've tried safe mode, rendered password many time will not start properly


Please help its your update I trusted fix it.
