The integrated cam doesn't start

Hi, after the last update to MacOS High Sierra 10.13.1 the integrated photocamera hd doesn't start either with Facetime or Photo Boot. I tried to restart the MacBook, to killall eventual vdcassistant and to reinstal the OS.

The problem still remains. Any help or solution for this?
