High Sierra & Canon ImageRUNNER Scan-to-folder Issues

Hello everyone, here in my office we have been using a Canon ImageRUNNER Advance C5550i printer/scanner which we used to be able to scan to folder using a shared folder on our computers. Until recently (before High Sierra) we have enabled FTP sharing protocols and scanning has worked. Now a few computers have updated to High Sierra and there's no way to scan to folder any more. Canon supports SMB and WebDAV too but I cannot seem to get those working as the Canon cannot see the folders on the server at all. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the new normal? I called both Canon and Apple and of course all they do is point fingers to one another.

If anyone have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
