data recovery after iOS install
Just installed new High Sierra and lost all my data on my hard drive. No backup....I know. What third party data recovery software would be suggested?

Are you sure you lost all of your data? It sounds like you may have activated Desktop and Documents on your iCloud Drive. Read: Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive - Apple Support for details.
