Backing up iTunes to bt cloud

Hi, has anyone managed to backup their iTunes media library to BT Cloud?

I keep getting "iTunes Library not detected" message.

I have had to individually transfer each artist/album/song to BT Cloud.

Takes forever! Still on letter C artists!

Any help much appreciated .
