Where Is Game Center in my settings?

Okay , I’ve been trying to get this working for what’ll be 2 days now. I asked this on Yahoo Answer, and someone said that it’s right under podcasts in settings. Don’t ask me wh, but under podcast, is TV connection or something. Then I asked DomiNations customer suppor, and they suggested that I reset my setting, which I did, but that didn’t work. Um, long story shor, why don’t I have Game Center in my setting? (It wouldn’t kill for apple support to fix this for m, I think. First-and probably last- question I’ve put on this.
