When alarm rang, phone will get heat

Hi,

My device is iPhone 8 64gb (iOS 11.1), after 2 week used, I found that when alarm rang, my iPhone will get heat. Hot than I play some HD games.

And also, when use call, WhatsApp, WeChat and etc. When on ear, the phone screen will sleep, and leave ear screen will automatically wake, but sometimes that is not automatically wake, I have to press home to wake the screen.

Please solve this problem, thank you.
