No solution for Telex typing mode under macOS High Sierra 10.13.1?

Can not type the right thing in Vietnamese with the use of special characters such as /, \, ", ', etc. as expected. Also remaining the issue of Space key won't work when Caps Lock is enabled.

I have tested and found this telex typing mode (Vietnamese) problem also happens with Pages 6.3.1, Keynotes 7.3.1 and Numbers 4.3.1 under macOS High Sierra (only Space key works when Caps Lock is enabled).

I have sent my questions to Microsoft team, but below is the feedback from James Yan MSFT:

"As the issue also occurs in other apps, this is an issue of the Mac OS, please contact Mac supportfor dedicated assistance. Appreciate your cooperation".
