Your reports all look VERY normal: you have no shortage of Disk Space, you have no shortage of RAM Memory, and your CPU does not appear to be over-taxed, it has 95 percent idle time available.

Flash Player and Java are normal to have installed, USB Overdrive is less popular, but is thought to be well-behaved. You are welcome to remove any or all that annoy you, but they are not know to create slowness.

When do you experience this slowness?

could you download and run this little "discovery" Utility, and post its report back here?

It provides a good look at what is going on inside your Mac without revealing any personal Information, and it is so non-intrusive it does not even have to be Installed:

you have cleanmymac installed, which has been known to slow down your mac and occasionally discard parts of the running MacOS. users who use it routinely have sometimes needed to re-install MacOs because of the damage it causes.

But your fundamental problem is your Hard drive. It is developing bad Blocks and needs re-tries, sometimes hundred of re-tries, to get good data. You need to replace it as soon as you can. Your run time of 23 minutes for what should take 3 minutes cannot be explained by the adware or anything else you are running.

To remove the possible adware, run the report again and click on the red [remove] links, then do a restart to finish the removal process.
