How do I restore an iPhone that I deleted from my account?

I bought an iPhone 8 and turned my iPhone 7 in to the dealer. When I went home, I deleted my iPhone 7 from my iCloud and my pictures not uploaded to the cloud. Any way of restoring the iPhone to my account?
