Ghost Alarm from Old Watch

I used to use a certain alarm everyday on my watch but since I moved almost a year ago I no longer needed it and deleted it. Ever since I purchased my Watch Series 3 the alarm has came back and goes off everyday BUT it isn’t listed in my alarms to be deleted. I was hoping that when I updated the OS it would go away but it didn’t. Any ideas?

Hi

The following steps may help, having resolved the same issue for other users:

On each of your Apple Watch and iPhone, instruct Siri to "clear all alarms".

If the issue persists, unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch, choosing to set it up as a new watch, rather than restoring it from backup:

You're welcome! 🙂

For the same reason, whenever you back up your iPhone, be sure to use an encrypted backup, so that your Health and Activity data is included.

iCloud backups are encrypted as standard. If using iTunes on a computer, be sure to select the option to Encrypt iPhone Backup and to keep a very safe record of your encrypted backup password.

Health data can also be synced to iCloud via Settings > Your Apple ID / name > iCloud - turn on Health.
