The following steps may help, having resolved the same issue for other users:
On each of your Apple Watch and iPhone, instruct Siri to "clear all alarms".
If the issue persists, unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch, choosing to set it up as a new watch, rather than restoring it from backup:

For the same reason, whenever you back up your iPhone, be sure to use an encrypted backup, so that your Health and Activity data is included.
iCloud backups are encrypted as standard. If using iTunes on a computer, be sure to select the option to Encrypt iPhone Backup and to keep a very safe record of your encrypted backup password.
Health data can also be synced to iCloud via Settings > Your Apple ID / name > iCloud - turn on Health.
Thanks. Never even gave a thought to asking Siri. Ill give it a try. Hopefully tomorrow at 3pm I won’t have an alarm. I’ll be sure to update here if it does or doesn’t.

Well I tried to have Siri delete all alarms but that didn’t seem to work. I do not want to try to set up as a new watch and lose all my fitness data so for now I guess I will just deal with it.
Historic Health and Activity data is stored on your paired iPhone, not on your Apple Watch.
