word prediction in High Sierra

I have been using KeyStokes by Assistiveware since I was a beta tester. I use just the word prediction feature, and not the onscreen keyboard. I have a keyboard fitted with a keyguard.

As High Sierra now has these features, Keystrokes users have been told that Keystrokes will not work in High Sierra, but as with Read&Write Gold, the predicted words will have to be clicked on, rather than selected with one of the keyboard's two sets of numbers.

Obviously, I am worried as if I never upgrade, I shall eventually hit software issues.

Has anybody used this new word prediction? I would be really interested to hear what it is like.

Thanks..

Sarah

Hi,

The best way to replace Keystrokes Prediction (so far) is to try using Assistiveware "Wrise" App. It has word / phrase prediction similar to what Keystrokes offered. You can try it for free and buy if you like it. I use it for writing and then copy and paste what I have written to other Apple Apps. It works with a physical keyboard.
