Help deciphering my etrecheck

I have a 2010 macbook pro. It has been slowing down for quite some time but after this most recent software update it has gotten slow to the point I cannot use it. Each click takes at least 15 seconds to process or longer, always with the beachball. It affects any apps as well as my internet function. I've run an etrecheck and am looking for any advice on things that might help me recover some functionality! (The university I am currently at requires antiviral software to access their wireless network so that is why I have that) 😟 Thanks in advance!
