This is a fairly minor problem, but whenever I boot into startup manager mode, the Macintosh HD drive is on the left right side, and the BOOTCAMP partition is on the left. Usually, the Macintosh HD drive is on the left. How do I fix?

Did you change the default boot drive? Is this what you are concerned about? If so go to system preference startup drive and change it to Mac if it is set as Bootcamp or change it to Bootcamp if you want the default to be Windows.
Didn’t work, after NVRAM reset, the MBP defaulted to the Windows partiton, which is not supposed to happen because, I did the same thing on my other Mac, and it switched to the Macintosh HD partition.
I uninstalled Windows a couple of times before using disk utility because Bootcamp support wouldn’t work. But the Windows partition still popped up when I went Into boot options mode, so how else can I fix this?
APFS is the file system. The search order for EFI occurs before the file system comes into play using the Boot Manager.
After you uninstalled Windows, did you run a SMC and NVRAM reset before Windows re-installation?
I think the issue is that the BOOTCAMP partition is part of /dev/disk0 (internal) while Macintosh HD is part of /dev/disk1 (synthesized). I don't understand that the "Container disk1" is part of /dev/disk0 (internal)
I tried that, but it didn't work. It does not have any effect.
I am a super user, I used the "diskutil list" command.
Maybe because there's a folder called Microsoft?

What is the order of partitions on your Mac?
Can you mount the EFI partition using
diskutil mount disk0s1
and check the /Volumes/EFI in Finder and post the first level directory structure?
The Microsoft folder is expected. What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number of your Mac)?
It is a 2017 13 inch MBP
The order of bootable entries by the EFI layer seems to find it this way. If you really want to change it, try remove/re-install of Windows.
