My pictures disappeared from my phone after turning iCloud back on
My photos disappeared off my phone after turning my iCloud off and on. Does anyone know why ?

It's because you turned off iCloud on the device so it was removed from said device. Once iCloud Photos is turned back on, be sure the device is plugged in and connected to WiFi and they should repopulate.
