Question: IOS 11.1.1

My last post in nowhere to be found.... interesting. I’ve had no cellular service since the latest update and have been through all trouble shooting options. One tech told me to buy a new iPhone and another said it was Apple’s issue with the update. Very professional. Also, Sprint exhausted all resources and gave me a new SIM card. Worked fine for a few hours and again, no service. Apple needs to put out a fix ASAP.

Not sure what you are asking.


Have you tried basic troubleshooting?: restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.
