IOS 11.1.1

My last post in nowhere to be found.... interesting. I’ve had no cellular service since the latest update and have been through all trouble shooting options. One tech told me to buy a new iPhone and another said it was Apple’s issue with the update. Very professional. Also, Sprint exhausted all resources and gave me a new SIM card. Worked fine for a few hours and again, no service. Apple needs to put out a fix ASAP.

Sorry about your issues.

Not sure what you are asking.

Have you tried basic troubleshooting?: restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

Did you read the post? Yes, all trouble shooting options were followed. I was given a direct line number for my “case manager” who never answers her phone.
