Can I program my phone to back up to iCloud at a specific time?

I want my iPhone to back up to iCloud between 3 am and 6 am.

Sorry, but I'm not aware of any way to program your phone to backup at a specific time. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, it backs up when your phone is plugged in, locked and connected to Wifi.
