My iPhone keeps telling me I need to update to IOS 10.3.3 when I go to update it it says unable to connect to internet but I am connected. Then when I try to update it using my laptop with iTunes it says my phone has already been updated to 10.3.3

Then when I try to update it using my laptop with iTunes it says my phone has already been updated to 10.3.3. I have an iPhone 6 and I thought the newest update was 11.1.1
