Keep getting error message when I try and set up cellular on my watch? Anyone know what needs to happen?

To set up the built-in cellular feature on Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular), you need a service plan from your iPhone that includes support for the watch, including the carrier activating the watch on the service plan.
