SMS icon disable
I have iphone 7+, SMS icon like disable as picture but when I touch SMS icon, it's Okey. Pls help me solve this case.

it happens to me in safari icon but when i click on it and close the app it goes back to normal.

That's mean it will happen the same in furture and solution is Open and Close ? Is there any way ?
