Question: Revert to one partition

How do I revert to one partition thus giving me access to the whole drive?

If you created the second partition with the Boot Camp Assistant, remove it from there. Otherwise, use the Disk Utility to remove it and resize the first partition to the drive's capacity.

In either case, back up your data before proceeding.

Thanks for the reply. I made the second partition in Disc Utility where you simply drag out a second partition, so is it simply a matter of dragging the unwanted partition away, possibly leaving a minute portion of that partition when applied or is there another way? There is a + and - button, but the - is greyed out where I would have expected to simply select the unwanted partition and then select -
