iOS update and the ? Mark in a box

Trying all the quick fixes, reassigned “i” to “I”, tried using just “i”, what am i missing??

If this is the error regarding the keyboard, then make sure your device is updated to iOS 11.1.1, which was released by Apple the other day to fix this error.

What problem are you experiencing. What caused you to reassign i to I? Seems like you have a bad keyboard.
