To refund iCould storage payment

Dear Apple team,

This is Wai Lwin using MN512ZP/A iPh 7plus, Jet Black 256GB (Serial No. F2****FYK). I have downgraded my payment to free (5GB) from the current plan of S$3.98 a month yesterday as I am planning to delete my current used apple ID account which is ****, it has been banned a few months ago without any notice. So I will use the new ID for my account security not to happen that I don't receive any notice mail from you. May I know what is your refund procedure?

For any reply email, please send to my current email (****).

Wai Lwin

It's a really bad idea to post your email addresses - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them, and the serial number, giving which is a security risk. Never post these personal details in an open forum.

This is a user to user forum; you are not talking to Apple here. When you downgrade from a paid to the free level of iCloud storage the downgrade will take place as of the end of the subscription month you are currently in.

It's doubtful whether you can get a refund - if you can it would be only on your current month - as all online sales are generally regarded as final. If you want to try to get one, go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More', then 'iCloud', then 'Account and Setup', then 'Troubleshooting iCloud account issues'. Then click 'No thanks. Continue' to be offered contact methods.
