You're the one who brought up twins, not me. But, if you're concerned that someone is going to make a mask of your face to attempt to unlock your iPhone, don't use FaceID.

Do you actually have reason to believe that someone is interested enough in what's on your phone to do that?

As Apple has stated, FaceID cannot differentiate twins.

The mask issue is a bigger concern.

Have you unlocked your phone with a mask?

Wether that is true or not is besides the point. FaceID works as intended and is secure.

If you are so concerned about the security of Face ID then don’t use it. You can disable it and use a password with an infinite amount of possibilities.
