Retrieving voice memos from iphone backup on computer

I backed up my iPhone 6 to my PC before trading in my phone for an Android Note 8. Icloud never worked well for me, so I don't have anything backed up to there. I thought I had manually backed up everything I need, photos and contacts, but forgot one major thing- my voice memos. Is there a way to extract those from my PC's local backup files? Thanks.
