Apple music family sharing invitation not working says try again or come back later

My friend invited me to apple music family sharing option ... but when i try to acces the i message link it asks my apple id and password and than send otp in imessage .. but when i put otp and go forward it says page could not loaded try again or come back later... called apple support already they asked me to clear cookies and web browser data but its not working even after that .. showing same error
