How to find your Case or Repair ID

Question: Never sent an email or case number

Does Apple support routinely lie or mislead you at the end of an hour plus phone call? They told me last night they would send me an email that I would need to respond to so they could send me a replacement watch and that I would then return mine. My response would require providing credit card information, for them to place a hold onto, until my returned watch is received by Apple. I received no email and have no case number. Though, when I try to re initiate service online, Apple knows there is something going on, but won't provide me my case number. I am in an endless Do loop.

If your support case has been set up successfully, then may be able to view the details by signing in here with your Apple ID:

My Support - Official Apple Support

In order to ensure that you receive further emails from Apple, it may help to check and, if necessary, update your contact information for your Apple ID account, which you can do by signing in here:!&page=signin

Otherwise, I suggest that you contact Apple Support again, make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for further assistance:

If you would prefer to contact Apple via telephone instead of online, then contact numbers are detailed here:
