Question

My offline musics is automaticaly deleted

When am adding some musics from my PC to Iphone after some hours its vanished from iphone.

Two three times i try same this manner but happens are same, and I reset my phone also. but still the issues are happening in ios 11.1.1. before of it i didn't face anything like this.

kindly help to me for fix the issues.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like music that you are downloading is being removed from your device. This could be automatic to save space on the iPhone. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

You can save space on your iOS device and automatically remove downloaded songs that you haven’t listened to recently.

Tap Settings > Music > Optimize Storage.

Turn on Optimize Storage.

Delete songs and videos from your iCloud Music Library
