Merge calls issue in iPhone6plus

Hi,

I am using iPhone6Plus. I am not able to merge calls while call two friends from my iPhone.

Phone: iPhone6Plus

OS:IOS 11.2

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.1

What steps does your carrier indicate for doing this and at what point does the process fail?

So what happens when you push merge? This feature is a carrier feature and part of your wireless plan. Have you contacted your carrier?
