Bug. The problem with sending SMS from call

Identified a bug that is very nerves and spends his time re-actions (((

iPhone 5s iOS 11.1.1

After upgrading to iOS 11.*.* further to the latest 11.1.1 ceased to work correctly the function of sending SMS from calls.

In the "Challenges" click the icon , then choose "Send SMS", but doesn't open a window to write text and send SMS to the number (on which you clicked the icon ).

And as always - with first not working, but the second time works.
