i have purchased a game on my ipad (Bloons TD 5) some time agao, but i want to download it on my iphone, however it isnt coming up in my purchased section and the game in the store has its price, i have paid for it on same account.

Hello, I purchased bloons to 5 some time ago on my iPad on my Apple ID that I use for all my apple products, however, when I look through my purchased section and type it in both in all and not on this phone, it isn’t there? I have signed in and out, restarted my phone and still nothing. On the App Store the game is still full price even when I’ve already paid for it. Is there anything else I can do to get it on my purchased section???
