iPhone 7 says Searching/No service.

This has been happening for a few days now but it’s gotten worse. My started off by saying I had no bars or x1 bar or 3g but now it won’t find any network. I have sprint and I know I have service yet my phone says searching or no service. At first I thought it was because of the new iOS update but I updated it and it’s still the same. I’ve reset network settings, all settings, airplane mode, removed and reinserted SIM card, automatic time and date, turned it off and on but nothing. When I reinserted my SIM card the first time it actually worked and I had service back for about 30-40 minutes before it going back to searching/service. My phone also freezes every time I go to reset the network settings. Every time I click to rest the network setting the page freezes and i can’t do anything. Is there anything else I could do? Is it acting up just because of the new iOS? I need help ASAP

Check the Sprint down detector and see if you are in an impacted area.

You might also check with customer service and see if there are any reports of tower issues in your area and ask that your account be reprovisioned as you are experiencing service issues. That will at least eliminate account/network issues.

If your phone is unlocked, see if you can borrow a sim from a different carrier for test purposes.

On the phone itself, consider following the steps for a frozen phone, and if that does not help, a restore via iTunes. After that, you should contact Apple Support or perform an Update to install a new copy of the operating system.
