Greetings, wingsofwilliams.

I see that you've accidentally deleted a note from the Notes application which you'd like to get back. I'm happy to help.

iCloud: Delete a note -- If you were syncing your notes through iCloud, check the Recently Deleted folder. If you were syncing your notes through an email provider, check their online site to see if they can be retrieved.

Recover recently deleted notes

If you’re using upgraded notes, you can recover and edit iCloud notes you deleted in the last 30 days on iCloud.com or your devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID. However, you can’t recover notes you permanently removed.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- If you backed up your iPad while the note was present and the notes were stored on the iPad and not synced from another account, you can restore that backup. Be aware that the information currently on your iPad will be replaced by the contents of that backup.

Take care!
