how to add ken burns effect on photos in Final Cut Pro X

I'm new to Final Cut Pro X and use to iMovie. Is there a way to add a Ken Burns effect to individual photos in my timeline? I thought I stumbled upon it but can't remember how I did it and can't find and answer in the community search.
