My All Files option/icon has disappeared from Finder

I no longer see the All Files option in the Finder sidebar.

I have searched options to restore/find it, however, no luck. Any ideas?

Hi charlieandoscar!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Thanks for asking your question about missing the All My Files in the sidebar on Finder. I'm happy to help you out tonight.

All My Files has been replaced by Recents. While Recents doesn't show all your files, it does show all the files you've used recently. If there's a specific file you're looking for and you can't remember where you stored it, you can find it by using Spotlight. Please review the following articles and let me know if you have any questions.

macOS Sierra: Customize the Finder toolbar and sidebar

Mac Basics: Spotlight helps you find what you‘re looking for

Best wishes.
